Why we created Little Bright Sparks

Every child has a spark. Our job is to help it shine.

We created this programme after seeing first hand how the right environment can transform a child’s confidence. It was inspired by our own family journey and a simple goal: make it fun for children, but meaningful too.

We combine classroom experience with storytelling, drama and play based learning so children feel safe to try, speak up and express themselves. Progress happens through small wins, repeated weekly.

What you might notice at home

  • More confident speaking and expressions
  • Better social interaction and teamwork
  • More willingness to try new things
  • Improved focus through structured play

FAQs

Quick answers to common questions.

My child is shy. Is this course suitable?

Yes. This course is especially suitable for shy or quieter children. Activities are designed to gently build confidence through play, imagination and positive encouragement. Children are never forced to perform or speak publicly. They participate at their own pace and naturally grow in confidence as they feel safe, settled and supported.

Do parents stay during the session?

To support children’s independence and emotional confidence, parents do not stay in the session. When parents remain present, children often rely on them for reassurance, which can limit engagement and focus.

Instead, we help children settle through welcoming play activities that naturally build trust, comfort and connection with the group and facilitators. This supports healthy independence, confidence and emotional development while keeping children fully engaged.

Children are closely supervised at all times by experienced staff.

How will I know what my child gets up to during the course?

We understand how important it is for parents to feel connected to their child’s experience. Throughout the course, we aim to capture short clips and moments from sessions to share heart warming highlights and progress with families. This allows you to see your child’s confidence growing, creativity developing and friendships forming, even when you’re not in the room.

All content is shared respectfully and in line with safeguarding and consent guidelines.
